If you're a GP, specialist, practice nurse, case manager, discharge coordinator or allied health professional, refer your patient to Physio on Wheels for mobile physiotherapy, exercise physiology or hydrotherapy delivered in their own home.
We pride ourselves on outstanding patient care, a prompt response to our referrers, clear communication, generous appointment times, and a genuine interest in every patient's wellbeing. Referrals are welcome from GPs, specialists, practice nurses, case managers, discharge coordinators, community health organisations and other allied health professionals.
Our team of Masters-qualified physiotherapists and exercise physiologists, led by Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist Sam Bhojwani, sees patients in the comfort of their own home across North Brisbane and Moreton Bay — one-on-one, at a fixed $49.99 travel fee, with no waiting rooms and no rushed appointments.

One flat travel fee for every visit within our coverage area, so there are no surprises for your patient.
All major funding accepted
NDIS (self, plan or agency-managed), Medicare, DVA, WorkCover and CTP. DVA, WorkCover and CTP are bulk billed.

Our physiotherapists and exercise physiologists hold postgraduate qualifications, led by Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist Sam Bhojwani.
How to refer a patient
There's no portal to log into. Call 1300 895 169 and a team member will take the details over the phone, or have your patient get in touch with us directly and we'll arrange their first visit.
Questions people ask us
Does my patient need anything before referring?
For DVA, Medicare or work-injury patients, a GP referral is required for the visit to be covered — we bulk bill DVA, WorkCover and CTP. NDIS and private patients don't need one.
Which suburbs do you cover?
We cover a large part of North Brisbane and Moreton Bay. Call 1300 895 169 and we'll confirm if we can reach your patient.
How quickly can you see a patient?
A team member will call within 24 hours of a referral or enquiry to arrange the first visit.
How are visits billed?
Cash and card are accepted on the day for private patients. NDIS, WorkCover and DVA clients are invoiced directly through their plan manager or case officer.
