NDIS Physiotherapy
Mobile physiotherapy for NDIS participants across North Brisbane and Moreton Bay, delivered at home under any funding arrangement — self-managed, plan-managed or agency-managed.
NDIS physiotherapy is physiotherapy funded through your National Disability Insurance Scheme plan, and we bring it to your door instead of a clinic. Eligibility for our NDIS services is not based on a defined list of disabilities or conditions — we commonly see people with muscle weakness or spasm, difficulty walking or moving around, movement disorders, joint stiffness, or developmentally delayed movement such as ASD or ADHD. If you think we can help, talk to us.
Whichever way your support is managed, our team is ready to help you get the benefits NDIS is designed to give you. We provide evidence-based mobile physiotherapy, exercise physiology and hydrotherapy, on evenings and weekends if that suits you better, and we team up with your support coordinator or family members to handle the paperwork and reporting along the way.
However your plan is managed, we can help
NDIS billing is confusing enough without a website that makes it worse. Here is how each funding type works with us.
Self-managed
You pay the invoice directly and claim it back through the NDIS portal yourself. We provide a compliant invoice after every visit.
Plan-managed
We invoice your plan manager directly. You do not need to do anything except confirm the visit.
Agency-managed (NDIA)
We claim directly from the NDIA against your plan. Tell us your NDIS number and we handle the rest.
Getting started is straightforward
By the time you contact us, you've probably been through a few rounds of assessments and forms already. We team up with you and your support coordinator or family members to streamline the process, provide your treatment and submit the reports and updates you need — with a fixed $49.99 travel fee, no matter the distance.
Questions people ask us
Do I need a referral?
Private patients and NDIS participants don't need one. DVA, Medicare or work-injury clients need a GP referral to be covered — we bulk bill DVA, WorkCover and CTP clients.
Which suburbs do you visit?
We cover a large part of North Brisbane and Moreton Bay. Call 1300 895 169 and we'll tell you straight away if we can reach you.
How do I make an appointment?
Use the contact form on our website and a team member will call within 24 hours, or call us directly to book a session.
What are the payment methods?
Cash and card are accepted on the day. NDIS, WorkCover and DVA clients are invoiced directly through their plan manager or case officer.
What equipment do you have?
Our team carries all the equipment needed to deliver a comprehensive service in the comfort of your own home.
What should I wear?
Light, comfortable clothing you can move freely in.
What happens during a consultation?
A comprehensive assessment and treatment during the session, which may include massage, joint mobilisation and exercise prescription, followed by a detailed home exercise program.
When do I pay?
Either before or after your consultation, whichever is easier for you.
Can I use my private health fund card and just pay the gap?
No — private health rebates need to be claimed online after your invoice is paid. We don't have a health-fund terminal for on-the-spot gap payments.
