In Clinic Physiotherapy

Physio on Wheels is built around bringing care to your door — but if you'd rather come to us, we welcome clients at our North Lakes clinic too, including for hydrotherapy pool sessions.

First and foremost, Physio on Wheels is a mobile service — our physiotherapists and exercise physiologists travel to your home, so treatment fits around your life rather than the other way around. That said, plenty of clients prefer, or occasionally need, to come to us instead. In-clinic appointments run from our North Lakes location and are especially popular for hydrotherapy pool sessions, which are always held in-clinic given the equipment involved.

Whichever way you see us, you're getting the same Masters-qualified team and the same funding options — NDIS, Medicare, DVA, WorkCover and CTP are all accepted. The one practical difference is cost: because there's no travel involved, in-clinic visits don't carry the fixed $49.99 travel fee that applies to mobile home visits.

Hydrotherapy pool sessions

Water-based rehab always runs in-clinic, given the pool facility it relies on.

Coming to us means the $49.99 mobile travel fee simply doesn't apply.

Full clinic equipment

Whatever suits you

Some clients prefer a dedicated clinic visit over having appointments at home.

Mix and match, however it suits your week

Plenty of clients use both — mobile visits some weeks, in-clinic the next, particularly around hydrotherapy sessions. Call 1300 895 169 and we'll help you find a rhythm that works.

Questions people ask us

Do I need a referral?

Private patients and NDIS participants don't need one. DVA, Medicare or work-injury clients need a GP referral to be covered — we bulk bill DVA, WorkCover and CTP clients.

Can I choose between mobile and in-clinic?

Yes — many clients mix both, depending on what suits them week to week. Call 1300 895 169 to talk through what works best for you.

How do I make an appointment?

Use the contact form on our website and a team member will call within 24 hours, or call us directly to book a session.

What are the payment methods?

Cash and card are accepted on the day. NDIS, WorkCover and DVA clients are invoiced directly through their plan manager or case officer.

Ready to get started?

A real person will call within 24 hours of your request.
