Every visit is one-on-one, in your own home, with a fixed $49.99 travel fee.

Assessment, hands-on treatment and rehabilitation programs, delivered where you live.

Water-based rehabilitation, arranged at a suitable local facility.

However your plan is managed, we can help
NDIS billing is confusing enough without a website that makes it worse. Here is how each funding type works with us.
Self-managed
You pay the invoice directly and claim it back through the NDIS portal yourself. We provide a compliant invoice after every visit.
Plan-managed
We invoice your plan manager directly. You do not need to do anything except confirm the visit.
Agency-managed (NDIA)
We claim directly from the NDIA against your plan. Tell us your NDIS number and we handle the rest.

Our Story
Sam is a Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and the founder of Physio on Wheels, part of the IntegratePHYSIO group. After years of clinic-based practice, he started Physio on Wheels to bring the same standard of care directly to clients who find it hard to travel, including NDIS participants, aged care clients and people recovering from surgery.
Every clinician on the team holds a Masters qualification and works to the same fixed-fee, no-surprises approach Sam built the business on.
